If you are using Internet Explorer your problem could be because of a feature called 'Compatibility Mode'. If you use IE 6.0, you are still temporarily able to access Yahoo! Mail Classic. Note: IE 6.0 is not supported in the latest version of Yahoo! Mail. Yahoo! Mail supports the following browsers: Many times switching browsers solves the problem of not being able to access your email page. For example, if you usually use Internet Explorer, try using Firefox instead.
It may be time to upgrade your browser to a newer version or you might want to try accessing Yahoo Mail through another browser. I have Windows and when i click on 'Control Panel', then 'Default Programs', then 'Set your default programs' i see i have Chrome and Internet Explorer. I hate to keep posting this same thing but: Usually this indicates a problem with your browser, not Yahoo.
